Company Setup & Team Deployment

Follow these steps to configure your FieldDrop Master Spreadsheet and generate a deployment QR code for your field technicians.

Copy the Master Sheet Template

Start with our official template data and copy it into a new Google Sheet to ensure your project folders are structured perfectly.

Configure Your Google Sheet

Paste the template data into a new Google Sheet. Fill out your Company Hubs ("Folders") and your specific jobsites ("Projects"). Paste the direct Google Drive URL for each project into the sheet so FieldDrop knows exactly where to send photos.

Get the Google Sheet URL

Once your sheet is ready, simply copy the full Google Sheet link from your browser's address bar. Make sure the sharing permissions allow the FieldDrop app to read it.

Generate Team QR Code

Paste that Google Sheet link into the tool below. It will extract your Sheet ID and create a scan-ready QR code that your field technicians can simply point their phones at from within the app.
