Welcome to FieldDrop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FieldDrop mobile application (the "App") operated by Logic Stitch ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

FieldDrop is a utility mobile application designed to streamline the capture of field media (photos and videos) and notes by securely uploading them directly to the user's authenticated Google Drive workspace in a structured format.

2. Account Requirements

To utilize the core functionalities of the App, you are required to authenticate using a valid Google Account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google Account credentials.
• FieldDrop uses industry-standard OAuth 2.0 to request permissions to your Google Drive and Google Sheets. We do not see, store, or have access to your actual password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your authenticated session within the App.

3. User Content and Data Storage

FieldDrop acts as a conduit between your mobile device and your Google Workspace.

• Ownership: You retain full ownership, copyright, and control over all media and data ("User Content") captured and uploaded using the App.
• Storage Limit: FieldDrop does not host external proprietary servers to store your User Content. All User Content is uploaded directly to your authenticated Google Drive. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate Google Drive storage quotas to utilize the App.
• Liability for Data: Because we do not store your data on our servers, Logic Stitch is not liable for any deletion, corruption, or failure to store any User Content.
• Network Interruptions and Sync Failures: Local network conditions, connectivity drops, or software bugs may occasionally cause media uploads to fail or become stuck. Logic Stitch is not responsible or liable for any lost photos, videos, or data resulting from failed cloud syncs. To mitigate the risk of data loss, we strongly recommend that users enable the "Save to Camera Roll / Device" setting within the App to ensure a local backup of all captures is preserved on their physical device.
• Third-Party API Changes and Failures: The App's core functionality relies entirely on third-party APIs (such as Google Drive). Logic Stitch cannot be held liable if a photo or piece of data is captured but fails to reach your cloud storage due to Google changing its API endpoints, experiencing downtime, rejecting requests, or otherwise altering its infrastructure without notice. We act strictly as a push application and offer no guarantees regarding Google's uptime, data retention, or API stability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Capture or distribute illegal, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the Google APIs it relies upon.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original source code, user interface, brand assets, and functionality, is owned by Logic Stitch and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App's integrations with third-party software (such as Google Drive) will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Logic Stitch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party (including Google) on the App; or (iii) any loss of data caused by failed cloud syncs, third-party API deprecations, or modifications to Google's infrastructure that affect the App's ability to push files.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
