Your work photos and notes, straight into your Google Drive.

A phone app for people who photograph their work

Everything goes from your phone straight to your Google Drive, with no FieldDrop server in between.

Stop chasing your crew for photos.

No more texts asking where the pictures are so you can finish the report. Pick how photos reach the office:

Auto-Pilot

Photos head to the job's Drive folder on their own as soon as the phone is on Wi-Fi, or right away if you allow cellular data.

Batch

No scrolling through the camera roll hunting for the right pictures. They're already sorted by job and ready to go. Your tech just taps Sync.

How it works in 3 steps

  1. Snap photos and talk through the job.
  2. FieldDrop files them into the right project folder in your Google Drive.
  3. The office sees them right away. No end-of-day photo dump.

What FieldDrop does

Made by Logic Stitch LLC for people who document their work. A technician photographs a site survey or a job for a quote, and the office has it in Drive before he's back in the truck. A car detailer files before-and-after shots under each customer.

Capture on site

Take photos and videos, record audio, and type or dictate notes while you're on the job.

Straight to your Drive

Files go directly from your phone into folders in your own Google Drive: your company's project folders, or folders you set up yourself, like one per customer. Each visit gets a dated subfolder.

Reports as PDF or Google Docs

Turn a visit into a report saved as a PDF or a formatted Google Doc in the project folder.

Optional AI write-ups

Talk through the job and let Google Gemini write the report or tidy your notes, using your own Gemini API key. Optional, and you can use FieldDrop without it.

Drop Zone job-site details

Keep each job site's shared details (addresses, contacts, notes, links) in a Google Sheet in your Drive, so your crew sees the same information.

Tags that open the right file

Put a QR or NFC tag on site; a scan or a tap opens the right file.

How FieldDrop uses your Google account

FieldDrop files your work into your own Google Drive, straight from your phone. There is no FieldDrop server, and we never get a copy of your files.

  • It uses Google Drive access to find your project folders, upload your photos, videos and reports, and create Google Docs and Sheets for them.
  • It never downloads your files from Drive, and nothing from your Drive is sent to AI.
  • FieldDrop's use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. No ads, no selling data, no AI training.
  • You can remove FieldDrop's access any time in your Google Account permissions.

The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
